Introduction

At Charlie’s Quarters we aim to provide a comfortable stay for all guests. This access statement outlines the layout of our property and facilities to help you decide if it meets your needs.

Due to the building being a Grade II Listed Building and all rooms located on the first and second floors the accommodation may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility

· Nearest train station: Brampton Station which is approximately 1.5 Miles from Charlie’s Quarters

· Nearest bus stop: 100 meters from the property

Arrival & Parking

·Parking available: Parking is available at the rear of the building on a first come first served basis and cannot be reserved.There are also two public car parks located within 100 meters of the property, including one with electric vehicle charging facilities.Both car parks are free of charge

·Lighting: Street lighting

Entrance

· Step-free access: Yes

Bedrooms

· All guest bedrooms are located on the first and second floors

· Access is via stairs only (no lift available)

· The staircase is wide and of standard design

· Bedroom flooring is carpeted throughout

Bathrooms

· Rooms 1, 2, 3 and 5 have step in showers

· Room 4 has a shower over the bath

· Grab rails: No

· Non-slip flooring in all bathrooms

Additional Information

· Assistance dogs welcome: Yes

· Staff assistance available: Self check in rooms staff assistance is limited

· Fire alarm: audible

· Brampton Town Centre has shops, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, ATM machines, small supermarkets

· We do not provide feather duvets or pillows
